정신건강 및 수면위생을 위해서는..이시간쯤이면 나는 잠자리에 들었어야 한다. 하지만.. 지금 이짓을 하고 있는 것을 보면..-_-;; 어제 객끼를 부리느라 transfer 보내겠다는 것을 넙죽 받아버렸다.(정작 내가 보낼 때는 못 보내는데 말야..) 컨설트 보랴, ER 뒤치닥거리하랴.. 지난주부터 밀려 있는 차팅… 게다가.. 대박 Case conference…PK들이 선택실습을 엄청 많이 신청했고, 때마침 내가 case할 때 한꺼번에 모아서 듣고 강의까지한덴다..-_-;; (도대체, 내가 뭘 잘못한게 있다구 내가할때 딱 걸리는지…) 마음의 부담은 나의 식욕중추를 자극했다. 녀석을 조용하게 하기 위해서는 냉장고의 롤케익을 먹던가 아니면 잠자면 된다.잠은 곧 빵꾸를 의미하므로..롤케익을 선택했다. 흠…이제 배는 덜 고픈데.. 졸리구.. 커피도 너무나 쓰구…ㅠ.ㅠ

Mini-Cog

The Mini-Cog is a very simple and quick test carried out by a doctor or clinician. It takes about 3 minutes to administer and is often used in emergency departments to identify people who require further investigation into their clinical presentation. The test consists of a three item recall and a clock drawing test. (1)First the ‘patient’ is asked to repeat three unrelated words. This is the same as in the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE).(2)The ‘patient’ is then asked to draw a clock. This is the same as the Clock Drawing Test (CDT).(3)The ‘patient’ is then asked to recall the three words. Results of the Mini-CogIf the ‘patient’ is unable to recall any of the three words then they are categorized as ‘probably demented.If they can recall all three words then they are categorized as ‘probably not demented’. People who can recall one or two words are categorized based on their clock drawing test. Results of The Clock Drawing TestIf the ‘patient draws a clock that is in any way abnormal they are considered as ‘probably demented’. 오늘 날씨가 너무나 좋더라.출근길에 버스 안으로 쏟아져 내리는 햇살이 너무나 아름다워서..찍어봤다. 오래간만에 하늘을 봤다. 우와~ 솜사탕~ ^_____^ 좋은 일들이 생겼으면…=)
